Coweta Tote Rentals — Rental Agreement
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following rental terms:
Rental Items
Coweta Tote Rentals rents moving totes, dollies, hand trucks, yard games, and related rental equipment. For the purposes of this agreement, all rented totes, games, accessories, pieces, boards, frames, bags, and equipment are referred to as "rental items."
Equipment Responsibility
You are responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup is completed.
All rental items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted. You are responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or missing items, including individual game pieces, bags, boards, frames, signs, or accessories.
Condition Acknowledgment
All rental items are delivered clean and in usable condition. Please inspect your rental items at the time of delivery. If anything appears damaged or incomplete, you must notify Coweta Tote Rentals as soon as possible.
Damage or Loss
Damaged, missing, stolen, or unreturned items may be charged to the card used at checkout.
Replacement costs for moving equipment:
- Tote, including bin and lid: $10 each
- Tote Dolly: $40 each
- Hand Truck: $150 each
Replacement costs for yard games:
- Tetris Tumble: $100
- Kerplunk: $100
- Guess Who: $100
If individual pieces, cards, frames, bags, boards, or accessories are damaged or missing, you may be charged the cost to repair or replace those items. If the missing or damaged pieces make the game unusable, the full replacement cost may apply.
Yard Game Use
Yard games must be used safely and responsibly. Rental items may not be thrown, climbed on, stood on, altered, painted, written on, dragged across rough surfaces, left in standing water, or used in a way that may cause damage.
Children must be supervised while using yard games. You assume responsibility for safe setup, use, and supervision during your rental period.
Outdoor Use and Weather
Yard games may be used outdoors, but they must be protected from rain, storms, sprinklers, mud, standing water, and extreme weather.
If bad weather occurs, you are responsible for moving the rental items to a safe, dry, covered location.
Water damage, mud damage, weather damage, or damage caused by leaving rental items outside in unsafe conditions may result in repair or replacement charges.
Setup and Placement
If Coweta Tote Rentals delivers or sets up rental items, you are responsible for providing a safe, accessible setup area. The area should be reasonably flat, clear of hazards, and suitable for the rental item.
Once setup is complete, rental items should not be moved unless necessary for safety or weather protection. If an item is moved and damage occurs, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Pickup Access
All rental items must be empty, clean, accessible, and ready for pickup at the scheduled pickup time.
Totes must be empty and stacked together. Yard games should be gathered together with all pieces, bags, boards, frames, and accessories included.
If rental items are not accessible, not ready, or cannot be picked up at the scheduled time, additional fees may apply.
Proper Use
Rental items may NOT be used for:
- Hazardous materials
- Liquids without proper sealing
- Illegal or damaging contents
- Unsafe activity
- Climbing, jumping, or standing on games or equipment
- Use in rain, mud, standing water, or unsafe weather conditions
- Any purpose other than their intended rental use
You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
Late Returns
If items are not ready for pickup on the scheduled date, additional charges may apply.
Moving tote late return charges:
- 20 totes: $40 per extra week or $7 per extra day
- 40 totes: $60 per extra week or $9 per extra day
- 80 totes: $80 per extra week or $12 per extra day
Hand truck late return charges:
- Standalone rental: $40 per extra week or $6 per extra day
- With tote package add-on: $20 per extra week or $3 per extra day
Yard game late return charges:
- Tetris Tumble: $5 per extra day
- Kerplunk: $5 per extra day
- Guess Who: $5 per extra day
If you need more time, please contact us before your scheduled pickup date. Extensions are subject to availability.
Changes and Extensions
Contact us before your scheduled pickup date if you need an extension. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
Non-Return and Replacement Charges
If rental items are not returned within 30 days of delivery and no extension is arranged, they will be considered unreturned.
You authorize Coweta Tote Rentals to charge the card used at checkout for any unreturned, damaged, missing, or stolen rental items.
Replacement costs:
- Tote, including bin and lid: $10 each
- Tote Dolly: $40 each
- Hand Truck: $150 each
- Tetris Tumble: $100
- Kerplunk: $100
- Guess Who: $100
Replacement costs may also apply to missing or damaged game pieces, cards, bags, boards, frames, stands, signs, or accessories.
Returned items after replacement charges have been processed may be refunded at the discretion of Coweta Tote Rentals.
Liability
Coweta Tote Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or personal property damage that may occur during the use, setup, movement, or storage of rental items.
You assume all risks associated with using the rental items and agree to use them safely and responsibly.
