Coweta Tote Rentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides moving-tote rental services in Coweta County, Peachtree City, and surrounding areas in Georgia, USA. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to cowetatoterentals.com and to bookings and messages you send us through it.

Information We Collect

Information you give us when you request a rental, contact us, or submit a cancellation or reschedule request:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Delivery and pickup addresses
• Your preferred delivery or pickup date, and any notes you add (gate codes, stairs, scheduling details, and anything else you choose to tell us)
• The rental package you select and the booking amount

Information collected automatically. Our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs that include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, which are used for security and to keep the site running. If you accept advertising and measurement cookies, we also use advertising measurement tools that collect information through cookies and similar technologies; they are described in “Cookies, Pixels & Advertising Measurement” below. We do not use session-recording or heat-map tools. The service-area map and its software are loaded from OpenStreetMap and Cloudflare’s cdnjs service, and our fonts from Google Fonts; loading those resources sends your IP address to those providers as a normal part of delivering the page.

Payment information. Card payments are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page — not on our site. We never see or store your full card number. From Stripe we receive a confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand, the last four digits, and a Stripe customer reference.

Cookies, Pixels & Advertising Measurement

We advertise our rental service online, and we use two advertising measurement tools on this website to understand how well that advertising works: the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel and a Google Ads tag. They use cookies and similar technologies, and they load only if you accept advertising and measurement cookies — in our cookie banner or later in Cookie Settings. If you reject them, or haven’t chosen yet, neither tool is loaded and neither sets cookies on our site. We use them to measure advertising performance and to attribute bookings to the ads that led to them.

OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel. Provided by OpenAI. It may:

• collect page-view and conversion-event information (for example, that a booking was completed);
• record the page you are on, the source URL you came from, and the time of each event;
• use first-party cookies, including __oppref, which is used for ad attribution, __obref, which is a browser reference, and __oaiq_consent, which records your consent choice for the pixel;
• associate a purchase with the advertising click that led to it; and
• where advanced matching is enabled, use supported customer information, which is hashed (converted into a scrambled code) in your browser before it is sent.

If you have accepted advertising and measurement cookies when you complete a booking, our site sends OpenAI a purchase event that includes the order total, the currency, and an order identifier. As with any service your browser contacts, OpenAI also receives your IP address and browser information. OpenAI’s use of this information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Google Ads tag. Provided by Google. It may set or read first-party cookies and use identifiers, such as the click identifier added to a link when you click one of our Google ads, to measure how our ads perform and to attribute visits and bookings to them. Depending on how our Google Ads account is configured, it may also be used to show our ads to people who have visited our site. Google’s use of this information is governed by its own policies; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choices. Necessary cookies and storage keep the site working and remember your cookie choice, so they are always on. Advertising and measurement is off unless you turn it on: choose Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Cookie Settings in our cookie banner, and change your mind at any time with the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. The booking site works the same whichever you choose.

If you reject or withdraw consent, we tell the OpenAI pixel that consent is off, stop loading both tools, delete the cookies they set on our site (including __oppref, __obref, and Google Ads cookies), and reload the page so nothing keeps running; purchase events are not sent. The OpenAI pixel keeps its consent record (__oaiq_consent) set to “false” so it stays off. We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage on your device. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection of advertising and measurement cookies until you choose otherwise in Cookie Settings.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings or use browser privacy features or extensions that block advertising trackers, and manage Google’s ad personalization in Google Ad Settings; OpenAI describes its own choices in its privacy policy. Apart from the Global Privacy Control signal described above, we do not currently change how our site works in response to “Do Not Track” or similar browser signals. How We Use Your Information

• Process, schedule, and fulfill your rental order
• Coordinate delivery and pickup, and contact you about your rental
• Send booking confirmations, invoices, receipts, and service updates
• Respond to your questions, cancellation requests, and reschedule requests
• Retain a payment method on file, through Stripe, so we can charge for lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment as described in our rental agreement
• If you accept advertising and measurement cookies, measure the performance of our advertising and attribute bookings to the ads that led to them (see “Cookies, Pixels & Advertising Measurement” above)
• Prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, and comply with our legal and tax obligations

We do not make decisions about you using automated processes that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Text Messages and Phone Calls

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your rental — for example, to confirm your delivery window or arrange pickup. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; opting out will not affect a rental you have already booked, though it may limit how we can reach you about scheduling. Consenting to texts is not a condition of renting from us. We do not send marketing texts.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not rent it. We share it only as needed to run the business and to measure our advertising:

• Service providers that process information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us: Stripe (payment processing), Airtable (booking and message records), Resend (sending our transactional email), and Netlify (website hosting).
• Advertising and measurement providers — OpenAI and Google, through the tools described in “Cookies, Pixels & Advertising Measurement” above, receive the information described there if you accept advertising and measurement cookies, so we can measure advertising performance and attribute bookings to ad clicks. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Legal and safety reasons — to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, property, safety, or that of others.
• Business transfer — if the business is sold or transferred, booking records may transfer as part of that transaction.

Data Retention

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide the service and then for our tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping — generally up to seven years for records tied to a payment — after which they are deleted or anonymized. Stripe retains payment records under its own policies.

Data Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and card data is handled solely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We limit who can access booking records and take other reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

You may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your information (we may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records)

To make a request, email justin@cowetatoterentals.com from the address on your booking, or call 470-683-2551. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within 45 days. We will not deny you service or charge you a different price for exercising these rights.

Depending on where you live, your state (for example, California, Virginia, or Colorado) may give you these and similar rights, including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. Some state laws define those terms broadly enough to cover advertising measurement tools like the ones described above. If that applies to you, you can use the choices described in “Cookies, Pixels & Advertising Measurement” or contact us with your request, and we will respond as the law requires.

Children’s Privacy

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

Our site links to other sites, such as our Facebook and Google Business pages. Once you leave our site, this policy no longer applies; the privacy practices of those sites are their own.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and post the revised version on this page. Significant changes may also be noted on the site or in an email.
